Hair is always thoroughly inspected before processed for shipping. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns:

• Hygiene and Safety: Human hair products can be compromised once handled or worn. To ensure the highest hygiene standards and customer safety, we cannot accept returned products.
• Quality Assurance: Allowing returns could affect our ability to guarantee all products are in their original, untouched condition.
• Health Regulations: Once hair is touched or worn, it cannot be resold due to potential health risks.
• Contamination: Hair is at risk of contamination once opened and touched.

We ship to all locations within the United States. Our mission is to ship hair immediately after purchase. However, due to high volume, please allow 5-10 business days for order processing and shipment. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays.
