*Estimated number of business days it takes until you will receive your order after placing it on the website. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. This time includes processing and in-transit time for your order.

* When will I receive tracking number?
You will be email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed and Labeled.

* How long is processing?
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic may take up to 1-4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, All Orders will Be process by the next business day.
This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

*Delivered But Not Delivered
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation.If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers above in order to investigate this issue.
We WILL NOT be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

* PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.
